Welcome to Call Your Support! These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern your use of our sales services. By accessing and using our website and engaging our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read this Agreement carefully before proceeding.

Scope of Services:

a. Call Your Support, a leading business process outsourcing (BPO) company, specializes in providing exceptional sales services.
b. Our highly skilled sales professionals are here to assist you in lead generation, sales calls, and customer interaction management.
c. Our services may also include data entry, customer relationship management (CRM), and other related sales support activities.


a. At Call Your Support, we recognize the importance of confidentiality. We may have access to your confidential information while providing our services.
b. We assure you that we will maintain strict confidentiality and will not disclose any of your confidential information to any third party without your prior written consent, unless required by law.
c. Our commitment to confidentiality remains in effect even after the termination of our services.

Ownership of Intellectual Property:

a. All intellectual property rights, including trademarks, logos, and copyrighted materials, developed or provided by Call Your Support during the provision of services, remain our exclusive property.
b. You may not use or reproduce any of our intellectual property without our prior written consent.

Service Fees and Payment:

a. By engaging our services, you agree to pay the agreed-upon service fees as specified in the service agreement or as otherwise agreed upon in writing.
b. The payment terms, including frequency and method of payment, will be specified in the service agreement.
c. In the event of any delays or defaults in payment, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate services until payment is received.

Term and Termination:

a. This Agreement begins on the date of your acceptance and continues until either party provides written notice of termination.
b. Either party may terminate this Agreement by providing a written notice, allowing a reasonable time for the other party to conclude ongoing commitments.
c. We may terminate this Agreement immediately if you breach any material provision outlined in this Agreement.

Limitation of Liability:

a. Call Your Support shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the provision of services or any actions taken by our sales professionals.
b. Our total liability under this Agreement is limited to the fees paid by you for the services provided during the three (3) months preceding the claim.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction:

a. This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Call Your Support is located.
b. Any disputes arising from or relating to this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the aforementioned jurisdiction.

Entire Agreement:

This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding and agreement between you and Call Your Support, superseding any prior agreements or understandings, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter herein.

By using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to all the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement.
